These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of bankboundoutdoors.com, including purchases and other services offered through the website.

The store is operated by AKF Enterprises LLC under the Bankbound Outdoors name. In these Terms, “Bankbound Outdoors,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to AKF Enterprises LLC doing business as Bankbound Outdoors.

By accessing the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority where you live or use the website with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when creating an account or placing an order.

2. Store Platform

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform through which we offer products and services. Your use of certain Shopify features may also be governed by terms and policies maintained by Shopify.

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. However:

  • Measurements may be approximate.

  • Product availability is not guaranteed.

4. Product Selection and Recommendations

Bankbound Outdoors may provide general product information and recommendations based on common fishing situations and information customers provide.

Recommendations are informational and do not guarantee compatibility, performance, fishing success, personal safety, or suitability for every environment. Customers remain responsible for evaluating products and following manufacturer instructions.

5. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges that we received the order but does not guarantee acceptance.

We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity

  • Supplier or fulfillment limitations

Shipping estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Processing and transit times may be affected by product availability, fulfillment partners, carriers, weather, holidays, address problems, and events outside our reasonable control.

Some orders may arrive in multiple packages or ship from different fulfillment locations.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged where permitted.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are governed by our posted Returns and Refunds Policy.

Do not mail a product to our public business mailing address without receiving return authorization and instructions. Products sent to an unauthorized address may be refused or may not qualify for a refund.

Statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.

9. Third-Party Fulfillment

We may use manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, warehouses, and other service providers to fulfill orders. To complete an order, we may provide these partners with information such as your name, delivery address, contact information, and ordered products.

Product names, trademarks, photographs, and other materials belonging to manufacturers or suppliers remain the property of their respective owners.

No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without authorization, except as permitted by law.

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content, you represent that:

  • You have the right to submit it.

  • It is truthful and based on genuine experience where applicable.

  • It does not violate law or another person’s rights.

  • It does not contain malware, harassment, or deceptive material.

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the website, you acknowledge that information may be processed by Shopify and other providers involved in operating and fulfilling the store.

Changes will not retroactively alter an accepted order except where required by law or agreed with the customer.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising non-waivable rights or filing a claim in a location permitted by applicable law.

A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and other policies expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement governing use of the website and purchases from Bankbound Outdoors.
